History of AzayaIT

1994
Company Founding
Started the company out of necessity due to being unemployed during the world recession. During this time, Jitu became an independent contractor for GE, providing an onsite PC technician for their clients’ service contracts.

1998
First ISP
Established one of the first Internet Service Providers (ISP) in the Pioneer Valley.

2001
Growth
Grew big enough to move into our own building in Palmer.

2005
Fixed Cost IT introduction
AzayaIT was the first to develop and introduce fixed cost IT services in the Pioneer Valley.

2006
Application Development
Developed hosted enterprise class application & security data center environment for small businesses. It included Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Share Point, Offsite Backup and few other small applications.

2008
Cisco Certified Partner
Became Cisco Certified Partner for Unified Communications which was and is the world’s best Business Class Voice Over IP phone system.

Additional Partnerships
Became partners with HP, Barracuda, and Symantec allowing a broader range of services and coverage for our clients.

Launched eZ virtual IT
Launched eZ-Virtual IT which allowed AzayaIT to better help their clients, deploying a proper ticketing system and remote management software for our clients.

Larger work facility
Out grew our office space requiring a move to a larger building allowing more growth.

eZ-Voice Introduced
Introduced eZ-Voice which allows AzayaIT to offer the lowest cost in the market for business phone lines. Offering the eZ-Voice at an extremely competitive cost Cloud/Hosted business phone system and still continues to offer Cisco’s newest and the best in the world on premise phone system. AzayaIT is prepare for what the future will hold.

Evolved to AzayaIT
Azaya announced its rebranding to AzayaIT to better reflect the company’s specialized focus on information technology services. The name change reinforces AzayaIT’s commitment to delivering comprehensive IT solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation services to clients.

Became Veterinarian Specialists
AzayaIT becomes Veterinary Specialists understanding the unique demands of animal healthcare practices, including specialized practice management software, integration with diagnostic equipment and secure patient data management. Creating a reliable network connectivity to services, robust backup solutions to protect pet health records and proactive support to minimize downtime that could disrupt patient care and daily operations.
